Panasonic Phone Systems

Wireless Solutions
(KX-NCP Series) IP-Converged Phone Systems- A perfect option for Small Business when IP is your 1st choice and wired or wireless is your 2nd !
Panasonic KX-NCP series phone systems are the latest PBX product release.  There are currently two models available - the KX-NCP500 and the KX-NCP1000.  These systems have a lot of punch built into their small size.  They can be rack mounted, wall mounted or desk mounted.  They have the same features as our KX-TDE series.  If we could say just one thing about the NCP, it would be that it is perfect for people who want to go IP all-the-way.  It's native telephone is the KX-NT300 series VoIP extension telephone but it will work with other SIP standard instruments.  Like the KX-TDE series PBX, the NCP allows for SIP Trunking and Gateway Service to other PBX systems.
· Panasonic KX-NCP500 for small applications
· Panasonic KX-NCP1000 for medium size applications

( VoIP-Ready Phone Systems - As good as it gets - one expandable and upgradeable system for life.

Panasonic KX-TDE series phone systems are a step above the KX-TDA since they are an IP-Ready phone system. The Panasonic KX-TDE series is highly customizable, but they are also VERY complex. Panasonic KX-TDE100 for very small to medium aplications
· Panasonic KX-TDE100 for very small to medium applications
· Panasonic KX-TDE200 for medium to large applications
· Panasonic KX-TDE600 for large to very large applications

VoIP-Capable Phone Systems - A good choice if you "might" want to add IP options later, with growth through 1,000+ ports!

Panasonic KX-TA KX-TDA series phone systems, from a technological standpoint, fall right between the KX-TDE and the KX-TAW series. With the KX-TDA series you can add cards which will allow you to use VoIP telephones and add VoIP gateways to other PBX systems in your network when the time comes. There are 4 models of KX-TDA systems available
· Panasonic KX-TDA50 for small applications
· Panasonic KX-TDA100 for small to medium applications
· Panasonic KX-TDA200 for medium to large applications
· Panasonic KX-TDA600 for large to very large applications

Contraband Panasonic Equipment - A bad choice for anyone inside the United States. If you see pricing advertised online for any KX-TDA, KX-TDE or KX-NCP product, you know you're looking at contraband products.  You should know that they are not supported by Panasonic or any of it's dealers.  Panasonic does NOT allow pricing to be displayed online. These are not FCC Registered Systems, which makes them illegal for use in the United States.  If you purchase directly from NCPC, we guarantee that you have an FCC Registered system with FULL Factory Warranty.

Wired with Wireless Capability - A good choice for most small offices, multilevel homes or homes > 3,500 square feet .

Panasonic KX-TAW848  if your application is for a small to medium sized business, that requires extensive use of handsfree Panasonic telephone handsets, the Panasonic KX-TAW848 Phone System may be the best Phone System PBX for you. It is a wonderful design, particularly if the advanced features of the Panasonic KX-TDA phone systems are not required by the user.

Entry Level Budget/Basic Phone Systems - A good choice for very smaller homes and offices with very limited automated attendant demands.

Panasonic KX-TA824 phone system is a good solution for smaller businesses that do not require the advanced features associated with the KX-TAW, KX-TDA, KX-TDE or KX-NCP.  The KX-TA824 is initially configured for 3 Central Office Lines and 8 Extensions and can grow to as many as 8 Central Office Lines and 24 Extensions.  Up to two additional expansion boards can be plugged in to accommodate this growth.

Legacy Systems - Discontinued Systems (still supported and expansion components are generally available)

Panasonic KX-TD Series (Digital) Telephone Systems were the most robust and feature rich systems in their class. The KX-TD Series was Panasonic's flagship line. Among the dozens of features that make these telephone systems unique, perhaps the most noteworthy is the capability of remotely programming and maintaining these systems from anywhere in the world. The KX-TD Series systems come in a complete range of sizes.

There were 4 models of KX-TD systems available.
· Panasonic KX-TD308 for very small applications
· Panasonic KX-TD816 for small applications
· Panasonic KX-TD1232 for medium size applications
· Panasonic KX-TD500 for large applications

Legacy Systems - Discontinued Systems (still supported with a very limited amount of spare parts available)
Panasonic KX-T & KX-TA Series (Analog) Telephone Systems were the first Panasonic KX phones systems ever produced.  Many of these systems continue to process calls very faithfully.  However, the technology available nearly 30 years ago was so different that, much like the little Mars Rover, we never expected them to survive this long.

These older systems are going to fail one day and here's why:  In the '70's and '80's, tiny electrolytic capacitors were used to buffer electrical energy like shock absorbers do on cars.  As part of the manufacturing process for any electrolytic capacitor, a light film of oil was applied to the inside to help them conduct electricity.  After 20 or 30 years of use, we are seeing that these capacitors are starting to dry up, which in turn, causes the component or components to fail.  When that happens, it's time to upgrade.  Better yet - replace it BEFORE it fails.

There were 10 models of KX-T and KX-TA systems available.
· Panasonic KX-T30810 for very small applications
· Panasonic KX-T616H for small hospitality related applications
· Panasonic KX-T61610 for small applications
· Panasonic KX-T123210 for medium size applications
· Panasonic KX-T123211 for medium size applications
· Panasonic KX-T123211D for medium size applications
· Panasonic KX-T336 for large applications
· Panasonic KX-TA308 for very small applications
· Panasonic KX-TA624 small applications
· Panasonic KX-TA1232 medium size applications
